This is just a note to thank you for selling my mother's property. As you know we originally approached 3 different agents before deciding to use
LJ Hooker.
When making our decision we felt that the others just did not stack up when it came to a realistic and down to earth but still professional approach to selling the property which is what we were after.
At no time did you denigrate any of the other agents which some of the others did. Nor did you drown us with paperwork extolling your virtues. On behalf of my family, I would like to thank Ben and the crew for getting a great result for us. We bought our property through Ben, and to his credit he got the top of the market price for his vendor, and he did the same for us three years later.
